Growing Resiliency was founded by local community members who saw a literacy need, responded to it, and continue to proactively address it. Our focus is to secure funding to allow for affordable programming available to all children.
We liken ourselves to the great Sequoia Redwood trees. They prosper by entwining their root system together. They support each other. They hold each other up. So does Growing Resiliency. Like the great redwoods, Growing Resiliency builds a strong community by collaborating with area colleges, schools and community members to help our young students thrive against the odds.
Services focus on the Green Bay area and include collaboration with St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay, Green Bay Area Public Schools, and St. Bernard School. Tutors are sourced through St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay.
Growing Resiliency is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
